Crunchy yet tender and filled with flavorful spices, this recipe proves that getting in your four daily servings of vegetables is not only easy, but also delicious. The hot air circulated inside of the air fryer creates a crispy exterior on the broccoli, while the garlic, onion powder, paprika and black pepper work their way into every crevice of the crunchy florets. The result is a simple yet satisfying veggie that you’ll want to snack on all day long!

First, preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees and gather your ingredients. You’ll need two cups of frozen broccoli, a half-tablespoon of olive oil, a quarter-teaspoon of paprika and a half-teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder. You can also feel free to add black pepper. Next, toss the frozen broccoli in the olive oil and seasonings.
Finally, pour the broccoli into the air fryer and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is crispy. (Make sure to stir halfway through the cooking time!)
